Ozcare Port Douglas Aged Care Facility seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Aged Care at Home team, providing holistic community nursing across Currimundi and surrounding Sunshine Coast areas. You will deliver evidence-based care, assess needs, and coordinate services to promote wellbeing and independence.

You will be AHPRA registered with community nursing experience, solid assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
