nWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused ServiceNow Analyst to join our client's team in delivering high-quality support and system administration services. This role will play a key part in maintaining and supporting our ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.n
Key Responsibilities n
n

n
- Provide day-to-day ServiceNow system administration and platform support
n
- Deliver support services, including call taking, incident management, and user engagement
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues effectively
n
- Engage directly with end users to understand and resolve technical concerns
n
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of ServiceNow functionality and support processes
n
- Work within defined scope of works and proposal briefs to deliver required outcomes
n

Required Skills & Experience n
n

n
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) - essential
n
- Proven ServiceNow system administration experience
n
- Strong support experience working with ServiceNow applications
n
- Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support in a service desk or IT support environment
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a strong customer service focus
n
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment
n
