HR & HC Driver / Container Transport Operator n

360 Personnel is seeking experienced and reliable HC Drivers to join a growing transport operation. With a fleet of 3 Prime Movers, 2 Side Loader Trailers, and 2 Standard Trailers , this role offers ongoing work across metropolitan areas delivering 20ft and 40ft shipping containers .

About the Role n

Operating manual transmission prime movers

n
- n

Metropolitan deliveries and collections of 20ft and 40ft containers

n
- n

Multiple drop-offs and pick-ups daily

n
- n

Side loader and standard trailer operations

n
- n

Assisting with offsiding duties when required

n
- n

Completing safety checks and transport documentation

n
- n

Adhering to all road transport and WHS requirements

n

Key Responsibilities nn
- n

Safely operate HC vehicles and trailers

n
- n

Conduct pre-start and post-trip inspections

n
- n

Manual handling and physical work as required

n
- n

Secure loads and ensure compliance with transport regulations

n
- n





Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times

n
- n

Work collaboratively with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers

n
- n

Provide qualified customer service during deliveries

n

What We’re Looking For nn
- n

Valid HR & HC Licence

n
- n

Experience operating manual trucks

n
- n

Container transport experience highly regarded

n
- n

Experience with side loader trailers is advantageous

n
- n

Strong safety focus and awareness

n
- n

Ability to perform manual handling tasks

n
- n

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

n
- n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n
- n

Good communication skills

n
- n

Driving NSW record and Valid licence
