About the Urgent Care Registered Nurse role

This role is ideal for Division 1 RNs confident in acute care who value delivering timely, high-quality care. As an Urgent Care RN, you'll work alongside experienced GPs to triage, assess, treat and refer patients, while supporting the smooth running of the clinic. Join our values-based, not-for-profit community health organisation, be part of a supportive and fun team and make a real impact in the community.

- Location: Your Community Health – 42 Separation St, Northcote
- Hours: 7 days a week, 8am-10pm | AM & PM shifts available
- Employment Type: Casualcontractsavailable

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

- Deliver high-quality urgent care
- Triage all patients alongside GPs
- Assess and monitor patient health
- Escalate and refer patients as needed
- Collaborate with team to maintain smooth patient flow

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Current or recent urgent care experience required
- AHPRA-registered Division 1 RN with full, unrestricted registration
- Thrive in fast-paced settings while keeping composure
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Relate effectively to people from diverse backgrounds
