The position is responsible for: n

- Providing quality building maintenance and gardening services which meet statutory requirements and Resident.

- Providing administration and reporting functions in line with the organisations policies and processes.

- Ensuring that services provided are consistent with the mission, philosophy and values of the organisation

Requirements n

- Appropriate trade qualifications and/or experience in Property/Building maintenance Demonstrated supervisory experience of contractors.
n

- Current C-Class NSW Driver License.
n
n
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
n
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word/Excel/Outlook).
n
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
n
n
- Willing and able to work within a Christian context and the organisations philosophies, vision and values. Meet the physical requirements of the role.

- Willingness to obtain and maintain a current senior first aid certificate.

n
- Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willingness to obtain
