Job Description

Bayside Health invites applications for a Social Work Grade 3 position within the Alfred Trauma Service. The role requires hospital-based experience, strong discharge planning, and psychosocial interventions to support patients and families.

Located at The Alfred, it is a fixed-term, full time role with weekend work once per month. Applicants should hold a Bachelor Degree in Social Work and have experience with EMR systems, NDIS, aged care and VPTAS processes.
