An established commercial property business in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team.

Take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio, working directly with landlords, tenants and contractors.

The role covers lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, budgets, outgoings and client reporting, along with maintaining robust relationships across the portfolio.
n
There’s also exposure to building services, maintenance and capital works, giving you experience beyond the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
n Working closely with the Commercial Director, you’ll receive direct mentorship and support as your experience develops.
n
Two dedicated Personal Assistants provide administrative support, allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients.
n
We’re looking for someone with commercial property or facilities management experience who is organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
n
There is a defined pathway to progress into Asset Management, providing a genuine next step in your career.
n
The role offers up to $160,000 package and a Monday to Friday working week.
n
