We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hurricane's Grill, Brighton Le Sands. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a positive "can-do" attitude, strong leadership capability, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

n

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the team to deliver high service standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 15-40 staff members
n
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
n
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
n
- Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
n
- Maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n




- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
n
- Handling basic administrative and communication tasks effectively
n
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams
n
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
n
- Good knowledge of food and wine
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality
n
- Valid RSA certification
n

Requirements

- Full-time position
n
- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
n
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa permitting full-time work
