The Role n

As a Property Paralegal, you will work predominantly on development matters, including off-the-plan projects, while supporting a busy property practice.

n

Your duties will include:

n

- Managing off-the-plan sales for developer clients
n
- Assisting with vacant land developments and community title schemes
n
- Preparing contracts, disclosure documentation, and settlement documentation
n
- Liaising directly with developers, CFO's and key stakeholders
n
- Managing files and transaction progression from commencement to settlementMaintaining client relationships and providing high-level service to developers
n

Over time, if you are interested in broadening your experience you can also gain exposure to Leasing and Estate Planning matters if you want.

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Paralegal
n
- Strong experience acting for property developers
n
- Proven experience with off-the-plan sales
n
- Confidence communicating directly with developers and senior stakeholders
n




- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
