Sharp & Carter is looking for a People & Culture Consultant to join their HR team on an initial 3-month contract. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to recruitment and advisory work, with solid mentoring opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR coordination or advisory roles, solid HR operations knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. A proactive, hands-on approach and EL MO HRIS experience are highly regarded.
