BCF is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Craigieburn Recent Store in VIC. You will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, lead the floor team, and create an engaging, customer-focused shopping environment.

You will bring retail leadership experience, coach staff, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure safety standards while delivering exceptional service from day one in a large-format outdoor retailer.
