Job Description

Alstom is delivering the Suburban Rail Loop East project in Melbourne, Victoria. The Lead Voice Communication Engineer will lead Telephony/EHP/Voice & Data Logger design, manage offshore teams, and drive design workshops with customers to meet milestones, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires experience in VoIP, call routing, CDR analysis, and voice logging, with engagement across vendors and OEMs in a major urban rail project.
