Are you starting your career in design and looking for an opportunity to build your experience across graphic design and content creation ?

n

Carlile Swim is looking for a Design & Content Assistant to join our Marketing & Customer team , based in our Sydney Support Office.

n

This is a junior, hands on creative role where you’ll work alongside experienced team members to create and adapt visual assets across digital, print and social channels.

n

You’ll also get involved in capturing and editing social content, including short form video, Reels and other digital content from across our swim schools.

n

About the Role

n

Working closely with our Marketing & Customer team , you’ll:

n

n
- Create and adapt visual assets including social graphics, flyers, posters, signage and internal communications
n
- Support creative design for campaigns across digital and print
n
- Adapt and resize existing creative for different channels and formats
n
- Create social media graphics and digital content using Canva
n
- Capture photo and video content at our swim schools, events and campaigns
n
- Edit short form video, Reels, Stories and other social content using CapCut
n
- Support content creation for organic and paid social channels
n
- Prepare artwork for digital and print use
n
- Help maintain brand templates, creative assets and campaign materials
n
- Work with teams across Carlile Swim to capture authentic stories, milestones and moments from our centres
n
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and marketing projects
n

About You

n





This could be a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their design career who is ready to build their practical experience.

n

You’ll bring:

n

n
- A degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related design field
n
- Confidence using Canva
n
- Experience using CapCut for video editing
n
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
n
- Strong graphic design fundamentals and a good visual eye
n
- An understanding of designing for digital, print and social media
n
- Confidence editing photo and video content
n
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
n
- A cooperative approach and willingness to learn
n
- Flexibility to visit our swim schools to capture content when required
n
