We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a highly regarded civil construction contractor delivering major projects across Moreton Bay.

n

n

With an established pipeline of projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer looking to take ownership of significant civil construction projects while enjoying the benefit of working locally and being home every night .

n

n

Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, overseeing engineering, commercial and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage engineering and technical aspects of civil construction projects
n
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities with Supervisors, subcontractors and project teams
n
- Assist with construction planning, programming and project schedules
n
- Coordinate procurement and allocation of project resources
n
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
n
- Manage project quality assurance and documentation
n
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reporting and technical records
n
- Assist with contract administration, including NODs, EOTs, notices and claims
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
n




- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with relevant specifications, standards and safety requirements
