The Role:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across internal and external hiring

n

- n

Partner with leaders on role scoping, workforce planning and hiring decisions

n

nn
- n

Initially focus on internal talent mobility and resourcing strategies

n

nn
- n

Screen, interview and support selection decisions

n

nn
- n

Coordinate job advertising, candidate management and offers

n

nn
- n

Contribute to onboarding and early employee experience

n

nn
- n

Maintain recruitment reporting and data insights

n

nn
- n

Support broader HR initiatives and projects

n

n

About You:

n

n
- n

5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

n

nn
- n

Experience within professional services (accounting/advisory highly regarded)

- n

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

n

- n

Confident stakeholder manager with a consultative approach

n

nn
- n

Strong communication skills and commercial judgement

n

- n

Proactive, organised and collaborative
