Operation & Installation Team Leader- Window Furnishing Industry n

Based in Artarmon, Solis Products provides a full consultative service in the design, manufacture, supply & installation of quality window furnishings both in the residential & commercial sectors.

We are a medium-sized team, no-one isanonymous like in a big corporation firm, we like to celebrate our birthdays, participate in various social events, ateam-player attitude is 'a must' in the Solis family

You will be a key employee in a small growing team at Solis and will play a major part in the growth and profitability of Solis Products via the successful delivery of all projects, both large and small.

n

Major functions of the role include:

n

- Running day to day tasks of our small operations - booking installs (liaise with client and sales executive)
n
- Follow up,



Order and Maintain stock
n
- Meet hand over dates, client expectations and ensures adherence to contract specifications
n
- Prepare operation documents required to book installations.
n
- Prepare products for installs
n
- Maintaining in house job tracking systems, for both deliveries and completion reports when installations are completed.
n
- Manage small team of fitters and warehouse driver
n

Valuable computer skills are essential and Parking onsite available.
