We are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has great attention to detail, and is eager to learn about flooring and carpet.

Key responsibilities n

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

Assist customers with selecting flooring and carpet

n

Answer phone and email enquiries professionally

n

Maintain the showroom presentation and merchandising displays

n

Assist with sample management and stock organisation

n

Support the sales team with administrative tasks

About you n

A positive and friendly attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software

n

A willingness to learn about flooring and carpet

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

A professional presentation and strong work ethic

n

Previous retail or customer service experience is essential
