Brennan is seeking a dynamic Managed Services Consultant L1 in Melbourne to provide onsite and remote 1st-line support to Managed Services clients. The role requires on-site presence of at least 85% and a broad skill set across IT infrastructure and ITIL processes.

You will work with service delivery teams to resolve issues, manage client environments, and ensure excellent customer service with solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
