About the Role.
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Internal Salesperson to join our team based in our Campbellfield Branch. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and sales skills. This role will involve engaging with clients and potential clients and understanding their requirements.
- Sale of products in a face-to-face situation at the trade counter
- Develop and maintain working relationship with customers
- Respond to customer product enquiries received by telephone, email
- Process customer orders and liaise with Warehouse staff
- Measure cylinders using vernier calipers and micrometers as required
- Support branch administration processes in relation to invoicing, packing slips and payments
- Branch inventory management, including stock receiving, storage, retrieval as required.
About You.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
It would be very beneficial to have prior technical sales experience in the hydraulics business and to be proficient in hydraulic seals and hydraulic cylinder repairs
Able to schedule and prioritise
Demonstrate precision and care
