SmartClinics Pullenvale is seeking a confident, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our established medical practice and support its continued growth.

With six dedicated doctors and an experienced nursing, reception and administration team, this is an opportunity to take ownership of practice operations, develop people and make a genuine difference to the patient and team experience.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the practice.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing the practice team
- Working closely with doctors and key stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day operations, rostering and resourcing
- Supporting financial performance and business planning
- Driving patient experience and service delivery
- Managing accreditation, compliance and quality
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Managing complex issues and acting as the key escalation point
- Building a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture

About you

You may already be an experienced Practice Manager, or you could be a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Coordinator or emerging leader ready to take the next step in your career.

- Has robust communication and people management skills
- Can confidently manage competing priorities
- Is solutions-focused and comfortable making decisions
- Enjoys developing people and building strong teams
- Has a genuine commitment to quality primary healthcare
- Is passionate about continuous improvement

Practice Management experience is desirable, but not essential. If you have strong leadership capability and the ambition to step into a Practice Manager role, we want to hear from you.
