Babylon Sydney is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our high-volume kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef to keep service running smoothly.

You will lead a hands-on team, uphold top-quality food standards, and help develop junior chefs while maintaining a positive, professional kitchen setting. This role offers exposure to contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired dishes with Australian influence, and opportunities to progress within the kitchen.
