This is not a remote role. You’ll be working with our team full‑time from TMBP HQ in Redland Bay, QLD .
What you’ll be doing n
n
- Creating original apparel graphics across fitness, training, events and community
n
- Developing strong typography, layouts, logos and graphic treatments
n
- Turning loose customer briefs and reference images into finished concepts
n
- Creating everything from simple, clean designs through to more illustrative and streetwear‑inspired graphics
n
- Building merchandise ranges and apparel collections
n
- Preparing production‑ready artwork for print and manufacturing
n
- Working across multiple briefs and projects each day
n
- Collaborating closely with our sales, customer and production teams
n
- Keeping an eye on what’s happening across fitness, streetwear, sport and apparel - and bringing fresh ideas into TMBP
n
About you n
First and foremost, you’re a bloody good designer.
n
You have a strong eye for typography, composition and layout. You understand what makes a graphic look good on a garment - not just on a computer screen.
n
You’re comfortable taking an idea and running with it. You work quickly, take feedback well and don't need a perfectly written creative brief before you can start designing.
n
And importantly, you get fitness culture.
n
CrossFit, HYROX, functional fitness, running, lifting,
training - whatever your thing is, we want someone who understands the world our customers live in.
n
You’ll also have:
n
n
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
n
- Strong Photoshop skills
n
- Excellent typography and layout ability
n
- An understanding of contemporary apparel, fitness and streetwear design
n
- The ability to manage multiple briefs and work at pace
n
- A great attitude and low ego
n
- The ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast‑moving team
n
- A genuine interest in fitness and training culture
n
- The ability to work full‑time from our Redland Bay office
n
n
Previous apparel or merchandise experience is highly regarded, but not essential .
n
For us, design ability, attitude and cultural fit matter more than having the perfect CV.
n
If you're a excellent designer who trains, understands the culture and think you’d fit what we’re building at TMBP, we want to see your work.
Before you apply n
We care more about your work than your CV.
n
Please include a link to your portfolio with your application. We want to see your design style, typography, apparel graphics, illustration and any work you’ve created across fitness, sport or streetwear.
n
And if fitness is part of your world, tell us about it!
Portfolio required with application. n
