Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with precision and care.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the coffee preparation area.

- Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
n
- Assist in training recent staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
n
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
n
- Barista experience
n
- Experience in front of house roles
n
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
