+vallad advisors is a full-service accounting and advisory firm based in Alexandria, Sydney. We work with high-net-worth individuals, commercial enterprises, family groups, agricultural operations, technical professionals, and trades. Our clients face complex, high-stakes accounting, tax, and advisory challenges — and they expect answers that hold up. We're cloud-based, tech-forward, and deliberately growing. The Role n

This is a senior position in the truest sense. You'll carry a portfolio of complex clients, review the work of junior staff, manage compliance end-to-end, and contribute to advisory projects. You report directly to the Managing Director — which means you need to be able to think, not just execute.

This role is office-based in Alexandria. Remote work is not available.

Day-to-day, you will: n

- Oversee and review workpapers prepared by junior accountants, and hold them to the right standard.
n
- Prepare and finalise financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT, and CGT calculations across companies, partnerships, trusts, SMSFs, and individuals.

- Deliver proactive tax planning and structuring advice, including written advice on complex matters.
n
- Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity — taking genuine ownership of outcomes.
n
- Support and develop junior team members through direct review and practical guidance.
n
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond the immediate brief — not when asked, but because you see them.
n
- Work closely with the Managing Director on complex matters and advisory projects, taking weight off the top.

What We Need nn
- You are technically exceptional. 3–5 years in business services, with strong coverage across compliance, tax advisory, and financial reporting. You don't need to be walked through the basics.

- You hold or are completing your CA or CPA. This is not negotiable.
n




- You communicate clearly. Complex advice translates into plain language. Clients receive clear, considered guidance — not jargon.

- You are commercially aware. You understand the broader picture for your clients and think beyond the ledger.

- You take ownership. Your files are your responsibility. Your clients are your responsibility. You don't wait to be chased.

- You manage your time. Deadlines are not suggestions. You prioritise accurately and execute.

- You work well at both levels. Independent on your own files. Team-oriented when the work demands it. No ego about either.

- You are thinking about what comes next. A pathway to partnership is on the table for the right person. You should be building toward something.
