Clarity Partners is looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join a boutique insurance brokerage based in Perth CBD. The business provides tailored insurance and risk advisory solutions across a diverse range of industries, with a focus on complex risks, strong client relationships and personalised service.

Working alongside experienced brokers and senior leaders, you’ll support the delivery of commercial insurance solutions while developing your technical knowledge and building the foundations for a long-term career in insurance.

What You’ll Do n

- Support Account Executives and senior brokers across the commercial insurance broking lifecycle.
n
- Assist with client servicing, policy administration, renewals and documentation.
n
- Liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of insurance solutions.
n
- Assist with the preparation and management of insurance documentation and client requirements.
n
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial risks and client portfolios.
n
- Work closely with experienced brokers who will provide hands-on guidance and mentoring.
n
- Take on increasing responsibility as your technical knowledge and confidence develop.
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in a Tier 1 insurance brokerage.
n
- WinBeat experience is essential.

- Experience supporting Account Executives or senior brokers within commercial insurance.
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
- Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
n
- A proactive approach and genuine willingness to learn.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a small team.
n
- A genuine interest in developing your career within insurance broking.
n
