We are looking for someone who is caring, dependable and committed to supporting participants with dignity, respect and encouragement.
Selection criteria: n
n
- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is highly desirable
n
- Experience providing compassionate support to people with disability
n
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
n
- A genuine commitment to person-centred support
n
Required qualifications and checks: nn
- Certificate in Disability, Community Services, Health or a related field
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card
n
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
n
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
n
- National Police Check
n
n
