Role Description n

- Deliver 1:1 treatment session to improve physical independence and pain management

n
n
- Conduct Initial Assessment

n
n
- Develop appropriate care plans

n
n
- Pain Assessment in accordance with ACFI

n
n
- Resident's post falls assessment

n
n
- Conducting Facility Equipment assessment and Risk assessment

n
n
- Provide Manual Handling Training to the Staff

n
n
- Facilitate Falls prevention workshop

n
n
- Conduct Exercise Classes for Residents

n
n

n
Requirements n




nYou are required to be passionate about working with the elderly to provide better quality of living and pain management with exceptional customer care and evidence-based practices. It is significant to understand the genuine care and support required to work with the aged population n

- Hold current registration (Full / Limited) as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
n
- Work Independently

- Full working rights in Australia

- Current Police Certificate
