NK Developments is seeking experienced Concreters to join our growing construction team, working across a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects throughout Townsville.

We are looking for reliable tradespeople with solid concreting experience who take pride in their workmanship, work effectively as part of a team and can consistently deliver a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- n
Carry out general concreting works across residential and commercial construction projects
n
- n
Prepare sites for concrete pours, including set-out and preparation
n
- n
Assist with and complete formwork and reinforcement
n
- n
Place, screed, level and finish concrete
n
- n
Complete slabs, footings, paths, driveways and other concrete works
n
- n
Use hand tools, power tools and concreting equipment safely and efficiently
n
- n
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications
n
- n
Complete concrete finishing to required project standards
n
- n
Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, subcontractors and other trades
n
- n
Identify and communicate defects, construction issues and material requirements
n
- n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
n
- n
Follow NK Developments' WHS procedures and site-specific safety requirements
n
What We're Looking For nn
- n
Demonstrated experience as a Concreter
n
- n
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
n
- n
Strong knowledge of concrete preparation, placement and finishing
n
- n
Experience with formwork and reinforcement
n
- n
Ability to screed,
level and finish concrete to a high standard
n
- n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
n
- n
Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team
n
- n
Current Construction White Card
n
- n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
- n
Reliable transport
n
- n
Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
n
- n
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
n
- n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Highly Regarded nn
- n
Experience across both residential and commercial construction
n
- n
Slab and footing experience
n
- n
Formwork experience
n
- n
Steel fixing and reinforcement experience
n
- n
Experience with driveways, paths and external concrete works
n
- n
Experience with different concrete finishes
n
- n
Relevant concreting or construction qualifications
n
- n
Working at Heights, EWP or other relevant tickets
n
