About the Role n
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established business operating within the electronic security industry.
n
This is a genuine new-business-focused position suited to a proven hunter who enjoys prospecting, opening doors and converting opportunities into new customers and projects.
n
You'll be selling tailored security solutions and project-based work, rather than simply selling products, with strong technical support available internally.

- $90k - $110k + Super (Negotiable on experience)

- Fully maintained company vehicle
n
- Attractive and uncapped commission structure
n
- Genuine new-business-focused BDM position
n
- Sell complete solutions and project-based work
n
- Established and growing business
n
Duties nn
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
n
- Prospect and engage prospective commercial customers
n
- Build a strong pipeline of new clients and project opportunities
n
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions
n
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals and project solutions
n
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through to close
n
- Achieve agreed sales and new-business targets
n
Experience nn
- Solid hunter mentality with demonstrated new-business success
n
- Electronic security industry experience highly regarded
n
- Electrical, technical or solutions-based sales experience also considered
n
- Proven BDMs from other commercial industries encouraged to apply
n
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
n
