Position: K-12 Education Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35–$55/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities
n

- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to lesson planning, student assessment, classroom management, and instructional design.
n
- Create realistic scenarios based on K-12 workflows such as IEP development, parent-teacher communication, and curriculum alignment to standards.
n
- Annotate, label, and validate data across K-12 use cases including differentiated instruction and formative assessment.
n
- Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like pedagogical best practices and state/federal education regulations.
n
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for K-12 education AI .
n

Qualifications

Must-Have
n
n
- 3+ years of qualified experience in K-12 education .
n
- Background in classroom teaching, special education, school administration, or district-level roles.
n
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate classroom workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
n
- Clear written communication and attention to detail.
