Your Rolen

nAs Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front and take ownership of the boutique by:n

- Inspiring & Developing: Coach, mentor and empower your team to deliver exceptional styling experiences and achieve strong results.

- Creating Beautiful Experiences: Ensure every customer feels welcomed, confident and valued through genuine, personalised service.

- Bringing the Brand to Life: Maintain high visual merchandising standards and help create an inspiring new store environment.

- Driving Performance: Lead your team to achieve sales targets, celebrate success and build a positive, collaborative culture.

- Leading the Change: Take your team on the journey into the new, larger store and help make the transition a success.
