Ensure Recruitment is partnering with a major Australian organisation to grow a permanent claims function within a Defined Benefit environment. You will manage around 40–50 active matters, owning the claim through evidence gathering, assessment and outcome.
Permanent full-time role offering a strong base salary, 100% work from home with equipment provided and structured onboarding. You will work with Senior Case Managers and Team Leaders, with October/November starter cohorts.
