About the Role

This role is a hands‑on, data‑led performance marketing position focused on delivering high‑performing paid social and paid search campaigns that drive awareness, subscriptions, acquisition and customer re‑engagement. The role builds, launches, optimises and reports on campaigns across DAZN Group brands, working across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, X, Reddit and Pinterest. It sits within a team responsible for paid media activity across Foxtel, Kayo Sports and BINGE.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, traffic, QA and launch paid social and paid search campaigns across Foxtel, Kayo Sports and BINGE.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing and daily optimisation to deliver CPA, subscription volume and acquisition targets.
- Deliver brand and acquisition activity across the funnel, from awareness and engagement through to conversion and re‑engagement.
- Manage campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, exclusions, UTMs, tracking and negative keywords.
- Run Google Ads activity across brand, generic, competitor, fixture and content search terms, reacting quickly to live sport, results, promotions and content launches with relevant keywords, copy and campaign updates.
- Use platform automation and bidding solutions—including Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart+, Google Performance Max, Demand Gen and tCPA—while closely monitoring performance.
- Produce weekly, monthly and post‑campaign reporting across subscriptions, trials, CPA, CAC and ROAS.
- Run structured tests across creative, copy, audiences, landing pages and bidding approaches.
- Brief Creative and Marketing teams on paid asset requirements, using performance insights to improve future work.
- Identify, troubleshoot and elevate delivery, tracking, pixel, policy and platform issues while maintaining strong relationships with media‑platform partners and staying across relevant product, privacy, measurement and policy changes.





Required Experience & Qualifications

- 2–3 years’ experience in performance marketing, either in‑house, agency‑side or at a media platform.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns end‑to‑end, including budgets, pacing and performance targets.
- Robust hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager/Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong Google Ads capability, including keyword research, match types, bidding, ad‑copy testing, Quality Score and Ad Rank.
- Working knowledge of Snapchat, X, Reddit and Pinterest advertising platforms.
- Experience delivering both brand and acquisition campaigns.
- Confidence using GA4, Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with pixels, campaign trafficking, conversion tracking and measurement.Strong attention to detail, campaign QA skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and confidence explaining campaign performance to non‑specialist stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support and upskill junior team members.
