We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team who are helping to bring the Snooze brand to life across retail, digital and marketing channels. This is a two (2) year fixed term contract role. Our offices are situated in leafy Canterbury in Melbourne.

The Role n

As Graphic Designer — Retail, you will support the creative team in developing engaging and effective visual communications across a variety of platforms. You'll work closely with other designers, marketers and content specialists to produce high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer looking to develop skills in a fast-paced retail environment while contributing to one of Australia's most recognised home and lifestyle brands.

Day to day responsibilities n

- Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional assets across print, digital, social media, web and in-store channels.
n
- Support the development of campaign creative that aligns with the Snooze brand identity and strategic objectives.
n
- Interpret creative briefs and contribute innovative design solutions.
n
- Prepare finished artwork for print and digital production.
n
- Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand and delivered within agreed timelines.
n
- Assist in the creation of basic animation and motion graphic assets where required.
n
- Maintain and organise creative files, templates and brand assets within the Digital Asset Management system.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and implementation of the Snooze brand guidelines.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure high-quality creative execution.
n
- Stay informed of design trends, technologies and best practices.
n

About You n

You are creative, organised and eager to learn. You enjoy working collaboratively, have a strong eye for detail,



and are passionate about creating impactful design that supports commercial outcomes in a high-output environment, managing multiple campaigns and delivering large asset sets to deadline.

- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field are desired.
n
- Be prepared to show us a portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and execution across multiple channels.
n
- You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
n
- Photoshop
n
- Illustrator
n
- InDesign
n
- After Effects
n
- Experience using Figma.
n
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
n
- Demonstrate the ability to create assets for print, digital and web applications.
n
- Understand basic animation or motion graphics skills.
n
- Show strong attention to detail and file-management practices.
n
- Provide excellent communication and collaboration skills.
n
- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n

Note : The successful candidate will be required to present a clean federal Police Check due to the inherent requirements of the role.
