We are seeking an experiencedExecutive Housekeeping Manager to lead a prestigious5-star hotel operation in Melbourne .
About the Role n
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping operation and lead a large team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
n
- Oversee daily room and public area operations.
n
- Maintain luxury hotel cleanliness and service standards.
n
- Manage rosters, labour costs, productivity and KPIs.
n
- Recruit, train and performance-manage team members.
n
- Manage stock, equipment and housekeeping resources.
n
- Build strong relationships with hotel management and stakeholders.
n
- Ensure WHS and company standards are consistently met.
n
- Resolve guest concerns and drive continuous improvement.
n
- Recent experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel in Melbourne.
n
- Proven experience leading large housekeeping teams.
n
- Strong people management, communication and organisational skills.
n
- Experience managing labour budgets and productivity.
n
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
