Job Description
Full time/Part time Optical Assistant/Receptionist position available from June. Hours/Days to be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities include: n
n
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and obtaining preliminary patient histories, light cleaning & tidying.
n
- Performing administrative duties, such as keeping records, scheduling appointments, ordering.
n
- Helping customers select, fit spectacles and make product recommendations.
n
- Some retail experience maybe helpful however no previous experience necessary as all training will be given.
n
- Confident telephone skills/manner would be beneficial
n
- Candidate must be flexible for holiday cover.
