Charterhouse Partnership has been instructed by a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to develop their career within an established practice handling a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters in a busy & reputable team.

The Role n

n
- Manage a range of plaintiff personal injury matters to include WorkCover, TAC etc.
n
- Assist with claims involving workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents and public liability.
n
- Draft legal documents, liaise with clients and negotiate settlements.
n
- Work alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters.
n

About You nn
- Minimum 1 year PQE, ideally in personal injury or litigation.
n
- Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills.

- A client-focused approach and a genuine interest in personal injury law.
