About the Role

n

Based at our Lansvale showroom, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their entire ownership journey from their first enquiry right through to handover and ongoing support.

n

This is more than just a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor,



helping customers choose the right product for their lifestyle and ensuring they have an outstanding experience every step of the way.

n

You may also have opportunities to attend caravan and camping shows and represent the Austrack Campers brand at industry events.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Assist customers with enquiries relating to camper trailers, hybrid campers, caravans and our premium Zodiac range.

n

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.

n

Conduct product demonstrations and customer handovers.

n

Prepare stock for customer delivery, including detailing and quality control inspections.

n

Complete pre-delivery inspections and maintain customer-ready presentation standards.

n

Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and provide after-sales support.

n

Maintain showroom and yard presentation.

n

Assist with stock movement and general yard duties.

n

Work collaboratively with sales, service, production and administration teams.

n

Attend caravan and camping shows if required.

n

Champion the customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

n

About You

n

You enjoy talking to people, building genuine relationships and helping customers make informed decisions.

n

You are organised, self-motivated,



hands-on and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Most importantly, you understand that people aren't just buying a caravan or camper they're investing in future adventures.

n

Current driver's licence.

n

Strong customer service and sales skills.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Professional presentation and phone manner.

n

Strong attention to detail.

n

Sound computer skills, including CRM systems.

n

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

n

Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

n

Willingness to assist with vehicle preparation and showroom operations.

n

Highly Regarded

n

Previous experience within the caravan, camper trailer, automotive, marine, 4WD, outdoor recreation or tourism industries.

n

A genuine passion for camping, caravanning and outdoor adventure.

n

Experience towing and reversing camper trailers, hybrids or caravans ranging from approximately 10ft to 23ft a bonus.
