Mid-Level Project Manager | Digital Transformation | WFH n

Expertech is partnering with a leading digital transformation agency to find a mid-level Project Manager to join their Support team.

n

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency PM who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely likes working with clients. You’ll be managing a mix of eCommerce and CMS projects, often juggling multiple priorities and switching between different types of work throughout the day.

n

This role is ideal for someone who combines robust project delivery skills with a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.

n

You’ll have plenty of direct external client contact, so this isn't a role for someone who prefers to stay behind the scenes. You’ll be the person clients rely on to keep things moving,



solve problems and make sure they feel supported.

n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Mid-level Project Management experience within a digital, technology or transformation agency.
n
- Proven experience managing eCommerce and/or CMS projects.
n
- Strong understanding of digital project delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequently switch between projects and client needs.
n
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Comfortable working directly with external clients and building strong, trusted relationships.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, expectations, scope and competing demands.
n
- A genuine service mentality — you're proactive, responsive and focused on finding solutions for clients.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, content teams and other digital specialists.
n
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities to improve or extend the work being delivered.
n
- Experience with Optimizely would be highly regarded.
n
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico or Contentful.
n
- Experience across a range of eCommerce platforms.
n
- Previous Account Management experience or exposure to managing
