Our construction client is looking for Senior Test Analyst on contract basis to join their team. They are open for both Melbourne & Sydney people.

About the Role n

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the PayTAM Program in Melbourne/Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a testing professional with strong experience across Payroll and Time & Attendance , with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) . You will work closely with business, technology and delivery teams to plan and execute testing across payroll and time-related systems, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities: n

- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
n
- Solid hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
n
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
n
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
n
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations,



employee master data and payroll-related integrations.
n

Essential Skills & Experience: nn
- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
n
- Strong hands-on experience testing Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
n
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
n
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
n
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, employee master data and payroll-related integrations.

- Experience designing and executing end-to-end, integration, functional and regression testing .
n
- Strong experience in test planning, test case development, execution and defect management.
n
- Experience working across complex system integrations and interfaces.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a large program environment.
