ForHealth Medical Centres Ballarat is seeking a Part Time Practice Nurse to join our experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Responsibilities include health assessments, administering vaccines, post-vaccination observations, triage of emergencies, assisting GPs with procedures, data management, wound care, and patient education to support goals.
