Job Description

Orange Health Service is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Mental Health Telehealth team on a 12-week contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver mental health nursing care in a telehealth setting, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30. The position runs from 2 November 2026 through 24 January 2027, and is ideal for a clinician with community mental health experience looking for flexible, focused engagement in a growing telehealth model.

Preferred Requirements nn




- Demonstrated experience in community mental health nursing or a related mental health setting

- Proficiency in delivering care via telehealth platforms and digital communication tools

- Robust assessment and clinical reasoning skills in mental health contexts
n
- Ability to work independently and manage patient interactions in a remote environment

- Current knowledge of mental health legislation, duty of care, and safeguarding protocols

Preferred Qualifications nn
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
n
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated specialist experience in mental health nursing
n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote clinical documentation systems
