Job Description

Circuit Recruitment Group is seeking a Jira Service Management Specialist to join our Technology Operations team in Melbourne. This hands-on role focuses on JSM administration, automation and continuous improvement, with real ownership of the platform.

You will own and administer Jira Service Management, configure workflows, automation, SLAs, forms, queues and request types, and support integrations with Confluence, Teams, Intune and CMDB.
