The Role n
We are a fast-growing commercial mechanical services contractor delivering large-scale HVAC and building services projects across Melbourne and Adelaide.
n
Due to continued project wins and strong growth, we are establishing an in-house electrical division and are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and build this function.
n
This is a rare prospect for the right person to step into a genuine leadership role from day one, with the ability to shape systems, build a team, and grow a profitable division within a highly respected contractor.
Requirements n
The Role
n
n
- Lead the delivery of electrical works associated with commercial mechanical services installations
n
- Initially work on the tools while establishing standards, processes and supplier relationships
n
- Supervise electrical subcontractors and coordinate labour across multiple projects
n
- Assist with pricing, planning and programming electrical scopes
n
- Liaise with project managers, builders, consultants and site teams
n
- Contribute to commissioning, testing and compliance processes
n
- Play a key role in building and expanding the electrical division
n
n
About You
n
n
- A-Grade Electrician with strong commercial construction experience
n
- Proven ability to lead or supervise trades on site
n
- Experience with mechanical services electrical (controls, BMS interfaces) highly regarded
n
- Able to read drawings, plan works and operate independently
n
- Skilled, organised and motivated to take ownership
n
- Ambition to grow into a senior leadership position
n
