Job Description

Heirloom in Brisbane seeks a senior People Operations leader to scale our people functions across a full employee lifecycle. You will own HRIS, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and onboarding communications while enabling managers and driving culture initiatives.

You’ll partner on compensation, immigration support, and vendor contracts, shaping policies and effective internal communications as the company grows.
