Two exciting full-time opportunities exist for Junior Sales Consultants to join our team at Australian Caravan Centre in Craigieburn.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who are keen to start a career in sales. We will provide the training, support and knowledge you need to learn the business from the ground up and develop into a successful Caravan Sales Consultant.

n

You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, learning how to understand customer needs, present our range of caravans and guide customers through the sales process from enquiry through to purchase.

n

No sales experience? No caravan experience? No problem.

Your key responsibilities will be: n

- Welcoming and engaging with customers in our dealership.
n
- Building rapport and understanding customers’ travel needs and preferences.
n
- Learning our caravan range, features and options through our structured training program.
n
- Assisting customers with product information and answering questions.
n
- Learning how to conduct caravan demonstrations and presentations.
n
- Following up customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
n
- Learning the sales process from initial enquiry through to finalising a sale.
n
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
n
- Providing a positive customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.

- Previous sales experience is not required.

- Caravan or automotive experience is not required – we will train you.
