Darling Group, a leading Melbourne-based hospitality company, seeks a Sushi/Sashimi Chef for its Token venue in South Yarra. You will operate within a state-of-the-art kitchen and open bar, crafting intricate sushi and sashimi while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The role requires motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including weekend and public holiday shifts. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
