We are Australia's leading designer of natural ventilation solutions, specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of innovative systems for buildings across Australia and internationally. As a proud family-owned business, we foster a supportive, team-oriented culture and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team in Picton, NSW.

The Role n

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you’ll contribute to the production of high-quality components for our ventilation systems. This hands-on role involves operating various machines, assembling products, and ensuring efficient factory operations. We offer both day and afternoon shifts, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Do: n

- Operate roll forming machines, brake presses, pan brakes, and guillotines
n
- Use CNC turret punch for precision manufacturing
n
- Assemble and pack components for shipment
n
- Perform general labour tasks as required
n




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
n
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
n
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
n

What We’re Looking For: nn
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
n
- Forklift licence (preferred)
n
- Medium Rigid licence (advantageous but not essential)
n
- A positive, motivated attitude
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
