nWe are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and collaborative team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.n
nThis is a temporary prospect starting ASAP. The role will focus on managing customer orders and providing high-quality customer service through written communication and internal coordination.n
Key Responsibilities n
n

- Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
n
- Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
n
- Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
n
- Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
n




- Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
n
- Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
n

About You n
n

n
- Previous experience in customer service and order processing
n
- SAP experience is essential
n
- Strong written communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
n
- Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed
n
- FMCG experience highly regarded
n
