The Role Manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer accounts, working with clients and customers to achieve positive recovery outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage recovery files from initial contact through to resolution
n
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
n
- Resolve disputes and outstanding account issues
n
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
n
- Provide clients with regular progress updates
n




- Meet recovery targets while delivering professional service
n

About You nn
- Experience in collections, credit control, mercantile services or debt recovery
n
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
n
- Confident handling challenging conversations
n
- Organised, accurate and results-focused
n
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
